Integrations
Loomkindle connects to your existing data stack — warehouses, orchestration tools, transformation layers, and BI tools. It works alongside your dbt project and your Airflow DAGs, not instead of them. No rip-and-replace. The philosophy: add an agentic semantic layer on top of what you already have.
Connects to, not a partner of. Integration capabilities listed below.
Snowflake
Native connector with pushdown optimization and schema drift detection.
BigQuery
Full BigQuery support including partitioned tables and streaming inserts.
Redshift
Redshift connector with Spectrum and sort/dist key awareness.
DuckDB
Local analytics and development workflows. In-process and file-based.
Databricks
Delta Lake with Unity Catalog metadata integration.
Airflow
Trigger Loomkindle pipelines from Airflow DAGs. Operator and sensor included.
Prefect
Use Prefect flows to orchestrate Loomkindle transforms with retry logic.
Dagster
Asset-based orchestration with Dagster. Software-defined assets compatible.
Fivetran
Trigger Loomkindle transforms downstream of Fivetran sync completions.
Airbyte
Use Airbyte as source connector, Loomkindle for transform layer downstream.
dbt
Loomkindle is not a replacement for dbt — it sits on top of it. Expose Loomkindle semantic model definitions to dbt models. Compatible with the dbt Semantic Layer (MetricFlow). If you're on dbt Cloud, Loomkindle adds the agentic routing layer dbt's metrics layer doesn't provide.
Sigma
Query Loomkindle semantic models directly from Sigma workbooks.
Hex
Use Hex notebooks with Loomkindle metric queries via REST API.
Tableau
Expose Loomkindle semantic models as Tableau data sources.
Looker
Sync Loomkindle metric definitions to Looker LookML measures. Prevents LookML and your dbt semantic model from diverging — a common source of "why don't the numbers match" conversations.
Monte Carlo
Column-level lineage from Loomkindle flows into Monte Carlo's data observability graph.
