Is there a free trial?
Yes. All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can connect your warehouse and run schema discovery on real data before committing to a paid plan.
What counts as a data source connector?
Each distinct warehouse instance counts as one connector: a Snowflake account, a BigQuery project, a Redshift cluster, or a DuckDB instance. dbt Core and dbt Cloud integrations do not count toward your connector limit.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time — the price difference is prorated for the remaining days in your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
Is annual billing available?
Yes. Annual plans are billed as a lump sum at a 20% discount: Starter at $1,910/year (equivalent to $159/mo) and Growth at $5,750/year (equivalent to $479/mo). Enterprise pricing is always custom regardless of billing period.
Does Loomkindle store my warehouse data?
Loomkindle stores only schema metadata, column lineage, and metric definitions — not row-level data. Your warehouse credentials are stored encrypted and are used exclusively to query schema information and execute compiled transformations you have approved.
